Your Kindness is Appreciated

Showing kindness is such a simple act and can have a huge effect on someone. It doesn't even need to be a big thing. A genuine smile to a complete stranger could brighten their day. I've been sending out quite a few cards with uplifting messages. And I don't always sign my name. I kinda like the mystery of it.
I also try to send out Thank You cards to those who have blessed me. My children both know they need to write a Thank You card whenever they have been given a gift. When I saw this new Thank You stamp set from Reverse Confetti, I knew I would use it quite a bit.
I also fell in love with their Linked Circle Cover Panel die cut. When I was trying to figure out what papers to use as the background, I kept thinking about rainbow colors. I pulled out a Lawn Fawn 6x6 paper pad and created a soft colored rainbow. This card took me a long time to make since I inlaid all the color pieces into the Linked Circle die. But it was worth it since I think the end results turned out great.

Paper - Lawn Fawn - Hello Sunshine collection
Stamps - Reverse Confetti
Die cuts - Reverse Confetti
Ink - Memento and Stampin Up
Bling - from stash

I'm entering my card in the Words 2 Craft By card challenge 'Small Hearts, Large Gratitude.'

Thanks for visiting my blog today!

  1. The time involved with this card was definitely worth it Kristie as it is just beautiful! I totally agree, kindness goes a long way and you could actually save a person's life with kindness. Love the idea of an anonymous card too. Hugs, Brenda
