Throw Kindness Around Like it's Confetti

I really love making shaker cards, even if I don't do them very often. When I saw this sentiment stamp, I knew it needed to be featured on a shaker card.
And since I've had several requests to make some videos of single cards, I decided to start with a little shaker card tutorial.

Paper - Lawn Fawn - Hello Sunshine collection
Sentiment stamp - Honey Bee Stamps
Image stamps - Reverse Confetti
Embossing folder - Cuttlebug
Stitched circle die cut - Lil Inker Designs
Markers - Copic
Ink - Memento
Confetti - Recollections
Microbeads - Prima
Sticker bling - EK Success

Some of my favorite and commonly used crafting tools:
Tonic Studios guillotine paper trimmer
Scotch ATG (Advanced Tape Glider) glue gun
Sizzix BIGkick die cut machine
We R Memory Keepers brad setter and piercing tool
We R Memory Keepers Crop-a-Dile Corner Chomper
Scotch Mounting Tape 3/4"
Scotch Quick-Dry Adhesive liquid glue
MISTI stamping tool
Accent Opaque Digital 100# cover weight paper for card bases
Tombow Xtreme Tabs

Thanks for visiting my blog today!

  2. What a cute card--a shaker card is perfect for the sentiment. Thanks for the tutorial, too--I am a little scared to try a shaker card but you make it seem pretty approachable!

    1. Thank you, Jennifer! I was always scared to try shaker cards too. But they really aren't so bad. I highly recommend you just go for it. The card recipients always love them!
