AnyHero cards with Stars

The OWH Midweek Throwdown is to make an AnyHero card with stars on it. I tend to add stars to many of my AnyHero cards, so this was a perfect challenge for me.

Doodlebug - day to day 6x6 paper pad

Thanks to the Operation Write Home's 4th of July VCMP, I finished my latest 6x6 paper pad. It was fun trying to use the Doodlebug paper in as many challenges as possible. Although, I think it only worked for about half of the challenges. But, it's all been used into creating 28 cards. Now, which 6x6 will I use next?

Check out previous blog posts for pictures of individual cards.

OWH sketch # 233 card challenge

It's new sketch time over on the OWH Stars and Stamps blog today. While I was making my card, my 4-year old daughter decided to copy it and make her own version. I think she did pretty good.

4th of July VCMP - Day 3

It's been a busy last 2 days with the fun Virtual Card Making Party going on over at OWH. Today is the last day, so 6 more challenges to go. I've made a huge dent in the Doodlebug 6x6 paper pad I've been currently using. Although, the colors didn't work for all challenges, so I have had to use other papers once in a while.

The first challenge is the OWH sketch. I always look forward to the new sketches on Sunday.

New challenges are getting posted every couple of hours. I'm not sure how many of them I'll get to participate in, but I'm going to try to do as many as possible.

The first one, by Sybrina, is to use an OWH sketch and make a masculine and feminine version card. I used sketch #230.
