OWH sketch #172 and an Anniversary card

Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers out there! I hope you are having a wonderful day. My husband is actually doing some chores so I can have a little crafty time today. I made a card using this week's OWH sketch. And I used the new OWH stamps by Hero Arts. Love these!

paper - Doodlebug - Stars & Stripes
stamps - Hero Arts
twine - from stash
bling - Triveni USA Inc.
circle die cuts - Spellbinders
Versafine ink

My husband and I recently celebrated our 16th Anniversary and here is the card I made for him. I just love this cute little owl.

paper - Basic Grey - archaic
stamps - Stamps of Life
embossing folder - Sizzix Tim Holtz
heart punches - Martha Stewart
Pearl Pen - Viva Decor
Versafine ink

Thanks for visiting my blog today!

    1. I have never heard of this company either, Diane. A friend of mine bought a bunch on clearance at Artco and gave me a pack. This was the first time I used them.

  4. Oh I love the OWH card and it is so appropriate for a hero to send home. Exciting background paper on this one also. Your card for Hubby is just precious. I've always loved that sentiment for a loved one. That is one of the cutest owls I've seen. I'm sure you made his day with this one. Enjoy your week.
